Multiple IT Support Specialists Required:

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows 10, O365, Microsoft Office, and other authorized standard desktop/laptop applications.
• Coordinate the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of printers, computer hardware, and authorized peripheral equipment.
• Manage and provide technical support for mobile devices/tablets (iOS and Android), including migration to new devices.
• Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and authorized peripheral equipment.
• Coordinate remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and authorized peripheral equipment.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and management of standard Teams conferencing equipment.
• Ensure asset and inventory management, including IT-related room cleanup, inventory responsibility, recycling packaging material, and e-waste handling.
• Coordinate returns of defective equipment/parts and maintain assigned parts inventory.
