1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations within the Resort’s front office department, which includes, but not limited to, front office, landscape and related activities. 2. Responsible to assist the GM to achieve the board approved budget. 3. Develop, evaluate, innovate processes, cost and system to excel. 4. Responsible to source and / or recommend to GPLD and / or QS and / or relevant departments on Mantanani Island Resorts related purchases, repairs, contracting supplies, contractors and similar related issues. 5. Responsible for the planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all front office operation. This will include, but is not limited, manpower, equipment and material planning while ensuring strict cost control to guarantee budget confirmation. 6.
