The role is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships between the Company and the investment community. The lead of the investor relations will play a crucial role in communicating the Company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook to investors, analysts, media, internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Lead investor relationship strategies to maximise shareholder value and support long-term growth objectives.
• Coordinate engagement between the Chairman, non-executive directors and Group executive with shareholders, media, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior executives to develop a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, presentations, and other materials for earnings releases, annual reports, investor conferences, and roadshows.
