Administrator – Planned Maintenance

EmalahleniThe incumbent in this role is responsible for assisting in managing and maintaining the Planned Maintenance Systems and assist with administrative duties within the Planned Maintenance Department.
Key Responsibilities
• Capturing of Planned Maintenance related information.
• Filing of maintenance job cards.
• Assisting with the creation of stores reservations and purchase requisitions.
• Monitoring and reporting of job card backlog and urgent/critical reports.
• Assisting with general administrative duties.
Minimum Qualifications
• Grade 12.
• Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum Experience
• MS Office Proficiency.
• Administrative experience will be advantageous.
