provide quality assurance and ensure execution on prescribed treatment plans within the clinical units in the most cost effective and efficient way. The incumbent will act as a clinical resource and a leader for all nursing and clinical related functions performed within the clinic.

Responsibilities
• The planning, sourcing, delivery and co-ordination of competent, quality nursing care.
• Support and supervise less experienced staff, acts as a preceptor for new staff, and assists in the clinical teaching of other staff.
