Plan, manage, implement and control the production INSEE Superblock and related party of R&D and QC activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all plant in production line also develop strategies to achieve the organizational and operational objectives and informational aspects in the respect of quality, safety & health and environment to ensure efficiency of plant operating in order to increase the productivity and profitability of business unit.

Job description;
• Manage all activities of the plant in terms of production to ensure 100% efficiency and effectiveness of process appropriate solutions to relevant issues or problems under scope
• Provide appropriate solutions, advise and recommendations to other sections pertaining to production tasks
• Develop ways to reduce costs without lost quality
• Monitor and control quality of RM from inhouse, product and inventory management
• Define problem and propose solutions to improve production process
