Production Assistant - UitenhageApplications are invited from suitably qualified and interested candidates for this position in the Agriculture Division for its feed mill operations in Kariega. The incumbent will ensure that the finished stock levels are updated for both Production and Dispatch, that tipped raw materials are controlled and available, take feed samples and to stand in as a relief operator when required.The ideal incumbent will have a matric certificate or equivalent and computer literacy. Operating experience in a Feed Mill would be advantageous. This position reports to the Production Shift Manager.Critical Competencies and SkillsEnsure pre-pelleting bin and finished feed stocks are timeously and accurately updatedReport feed contamination, leaks and spillagesEnsure premix and PBY stock is available and correctly recordedReclaim and record the stocks from the warehouse during night shiftTake samples to the laboratoryRelieve in the operator positions in the feed mill...
