Our esteemed client based in County Mayo, is actively seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to ensure precise and punctual payroll processing, prompted by company expansion. Full-time or four-day work arrangements will be considered. This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and timely.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance.
• Address employee payroll queries professionally.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments.
• Prepare payroll reports for management.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations.
Qualifications:
• 2 years plus Irish full payroll experience required.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant payroll software.
• IPASS certification desirable.
