· Knowledge and experience on Large Generators· 10 to 15 years or above Experience on rotor and stator re-winding and repair of Generators· Knowledge on insulation systems and varnishes· Roebel bar manufacturing· Coil shaping, tapping and brazing· Coil strip-out, core cleaning, inspection and core repair.· Core stacking· Re-wedging of stator and rotors· Hands on experience on Resin rich and VPI coils· Collection of winding data· Resiglass banding works· RTD’s installation and test· Basic electrical tests like Megger & winding resistance · Willing to travel to sites· VPI and Resin Rich Coil manufacturing· Workshop and site rewinding of Generators and Motors· Winding inspection, data collection, coil strip-out, coil manufacturing, rewinding and testing.· Generator and Motor assembly at workshop and sites· Partial and full repair by coil removal at site due to failure· Rotor rewinding including retaining rings removal· Generator stator overhauling including cleaning and testing· Workshop...
