Job Specification:

• Must be a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.

• With at least one (1) year experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Confident and highly motivated individual with proactive attitude.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Proven project management skills with an ability to manage workloads efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings.
