The Sales Operations/SDR Manager oversees a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and ensures their success in achieving sales quotas. The Manager is responsible for strategizing, implementing, and measuring the SDR team’s activities. The SDR Manager role entails being both a player and a coach, with the expectation that they will work within a small territory to understand what is effective and what needs improvement across the SDR team.

Job Goal:
• Drive Sales Qualified Leads through outbound efforts and promptly qualify inbound leads.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective SDR processes and programs to meet and exceed sales goals.
