Role Description

This is a contract L1 Support Engineer role with Transform Africa Limited. As an L1 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and addressing their inquiries. Your tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, identifying the root cause of problems, and resolving them efficiently. This is a hybrid role for applicants based in South East and South South Nigeria, with flexibility for some remote work.
