We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to join our Specialist Mental Health Pharmacy Team based at Hafan Y Coed Unit, Llandough Hospital.

Your previous experience in this field will equip you to improve patient care and clinical outcomes by supporting the optimisation of psychotropic medication across primary and secondary care. We work closely with our multidisciplinary teams and we will support you to further develop your prescribing career in this specialist area, from within a nurturing team environment. We have several advanced practice pharmacist roles and this post will add to that pool of highly skilled, specialist mental health, independent prescribers.
