Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Will be required to work within the 3 homes in Wales, Abergavenny , Ebbw Vale and Cardiff.

Salary: PS12.00 per hour, PS60 block payment for sleep ins

Hours: Full or Part time hours available, must be flexible

Nurtured Future Supported Living are looking for enthusiastic caring individuals to join our existing team of front-line Support Workers in our semi independent provision for 16+ years.

Nurtured Future Living is a Health and Social Care Company looking for flexible, enthusiastic, compassionate and caring people to provide up to 24 hours support to vulnerable young people.

You will be working with 16+ year old's in a supported semi-independent solo setting.

Probation period is 6 months

24 hour contract + then you will be able to pick up any overtime if you wish.

After 12 months you will have the option to go onto a full time 36-hour contract

• 8am to 11pm
