CK Group are recruiting for a Legal Admin Assistant to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Harlow working hybrid on a contract basis initially for 6 months.

Salary:

Hourly £17.05 PAYE.

Legal Admin Assistant Role:

Managing Correspondence received from internal and external sources.
Document Management: Maintain document management systems, including electronic filing systems to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of legal documents.
Supervising execution of POAs and agreements.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding billing.Your Background:

Proven experience working in a legal environment or similar administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
