We are looking for a Deputy Manager to become a part of a strong MDT team. As a Deputy Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in supervising operations and providing leadership within the nursing home. Your duties will encompass overseeing staff, managing patient care, and ensuring the seamless operation of the facility. You will have direct support from the Home Manager in post.

Responsibilities:
• Supervising and organising the activities of healthcare personnel, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff.
