Our collaborator is one of Barcelona's best and new boutique hotels created especially for travelers who are always looking for original and unique environments. Located in the city center of Barcelona, it offers a great and personalized experience and customer satisfaction. They are looking for an intern to join their Front Desk department.

Tasks:
• Check in and Check out
• Advise guest with touristic activities in Barcelona and with any other information they might need
• Answer calls and takes new reservations
• Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees
• Handle payments
• Assist with breakfast/aperitivo operations
• Greet visitors
• Sort and reply emails
• Keep Hotel Calendar updated
• Maintain reception area clean and organized
• Assist with the allocation of rooms
• Prepare HK report and work with them to ensure rooms are ready every day
• Assist in preparing orders from different suppliers (Laundry, Breakfast, office supplies, etc.)
