Seeking a responsible, mature young person with strong administration skills and experience to be a Personal Assistant to an international hospitality and tourism training consultant. Excellent Microsoft skills and an ability to research and collate information are essential, as are time management, work prioritisation and handling pressure. Experience or a qualification in the Hospitality field is a strong advantage.

Additional duties include household management, running errands, and oversight and logistical arrangements for 2 teenage girls, so the ideal candidate should be of matching gender. A driver’s license is essential.

Language skills: due to the nature of research, writing and the home language of the family involved, English first language is preferable, although Afrikaans with excellent English skills may be acceptable.

Overnight and weekend time is also required as part of the position as per the consultant’s international travel schedule.
