As an Application Support Associate at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate and Investment Bank, Markets Technology, you play a crucial role in maintaining the stability of our critical business applications & their associated infrastructure and be the first point of contact for business users for all technical and business solution queries. You are also involved in various application related projects and engage with regulatory and compliance related controls delivery. The candidate will be based in Jakarta part of Indonesia CIB Market Technology team.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide regular reports on overall application status and planned changes to stakeholders.
• Report and follow-up incidents and root cause analysis impact to local business and escalate for regulatory reporting.
