Job Description:
• Responsible for R&D to get desired wash right at first time and maintain the same in the bulk.
• Production planning & co-ordination among wash unit managers.
• Overviewing wash recipe approval process.
• Making production (washing) recipe in accordance to fabric and technical requirement.
• Manage the production schedules and work distribution, ensure maximum efficiency.
• Taking the responsibility of production and setting production target.
• Optimization of productivity.

Utilization of resources/machineries at optimum level.

Ensuring quality from beginning and reducing re-work/re-wash and rejection.
