Overview:

The Sales Manager supports the Director of Sales, Marketing and Events by running the administrative functions of the sales department. They “hold down the fort” in the Director’s absence and ensure that all sales leads and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. They are an organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated individual.

As the Sales Manager you will be expected to coordinate with clients and colleagues throughout the hotel in an organized and respectful manner. We are looking for a high energy individual who enjoys an exciting fast-paced environment, a key team player.

Primary tasks:
• Prepares sales presentations, proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and invoices tailored to each event’s requirements.
• Maintains data entry in Opera
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Corporate and Group dining in collaboration with clients, post contract- execution.
