Job Purpose

Design Engineer shall be responsible for design of new products with various criteria including cost-effectiveness, user experience and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the entire Design Process including initial concept, Design Approval, Application study, Design calculation and 3D modelling and Manufacturing drawing with GD&T.
• Responsible to design & development of different trailer products related to Automobile industry. Managed all phases of the design process for different types of trailers, components, parts, assemblies and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning and tolerance
• Preparation of master layout, Performance prediction, Axle load calculation and spec sheet to response the RFQ received from customer
• Responsible to Prepare of Bill of Material (BOM) including part calculation for Costing purpose in ERP Selection of aggregates based on the performance calculations
