Minimum requirements (Qualifications and Skills)
• Fluency in French.
• Willing to relocate with your family (not negotiable)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Administration / Finance, Engineering, or related.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a General Manager or Managing Director or similar capacity.
• Experience within the Industrial manufacturing or related sectors connected to the mining industry would be advantageous.
• Strong business acumen with a successful track record in business development and market expansion essential.
• Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
