JNR IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Our client a well-known IT company based in Paarl is looking for a technically skilled JNR IT Support Technician with great interpersonal skills to join their team. You will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line support, networking and installing of hardware and software systems. The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Office 365 Setup and configuration beneficial with good understanding of Microsoft products
• Understanding of DNS/DHCP and Network protocols
• Networking knowledge is required (Fibre Routers, Wi-Fi Access Points)
• Helpdesk knowledge and experience dealing with users and understanding how to deliver clear and effective IT Support Services
• Network Cabling, Wireless configuration, and management
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Backups
• Hardware troubleshooting
