Vector Logistics, is on the hunt for a Billing Clerk to join our Warehouse Department at our eThekwini depot. This individiual will be responsible to collect records of charges for goods sold,calculate the necessary charges, and prepare invoices to be sent to clients and customer's.

Minimum Requirements

Matric

3 year's relevant experience in a store,warehouse or administration environment

SAP experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Compile the documents and records from different sources such as sales receipts, purchase orders, shipping invoices, credit slips, and tax statements.

Calculate the invoice total and any discounts or special rates that apply.Prepare the bill and enter the amount into the accounting system.

Ensure the amounts captured into the system correlate with the receipts.

Send the bills to customers electronically via e-mailResolve billing-related issues for customers.
