LELOKO HARTBEESPOORTDAM ASSOCIATION – ESTATE MANAGER

Leloko Hartbeespoortdam Association seeks to fill the abovementioned vacancy with a highly motivated & result oriented individual, to effectively manage and coordinate Estate management activities. This is a permanent position, and the role is based at Leloko Eco and Lifestyle Estate in Hartbeespoort.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification in Business Management or related qualification.

• Experience in Estate Management and Homeowners Associations.

• Sound knowledge and experience in project and budget management.

• Excellent communication, coordination and management skills.

• Must be result oriented and focused on meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently in high tempo environment.

• Ability to coordinate and control multiple Estate Management tasks and activities.

• Excellent personnel management and ensuring employee satisfaction.

• Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans.
