Ukuthembeka Construction Cost Consultants (Pty) Ltd is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position below. The successful candidate will be employed in Johannesburg and assigned to one of our sites.

Position: Contracts Manager / Commercial Manager

Nature of Vacancy: Contract

Requirements:

Education / Qualification

B Tech or BSc in Construction Environment or Civil Engineering or equivalent

Training / Experience

· At least 10 years relevant site management experience on major construction sites

· Experience in negotiation of commercial agreements.

· Experience in a contracting business environment, such as construction or mining, would be an advantage.

Professional Registration

SACPCMP preferred

Systems

Knowledge of CCS essential
