A prominent digital agency in the UK is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team, offering advanced solutions to their clients. The perfect candidate should have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience and must have advanced skills in Excel and Xero.

This position is remote, so you can work from the convenience of your own home. The candidate must have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the company using Xero
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Handle payroll and employee expense reimbursements
• Monitor and track company expenses
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and payments
