Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement content strategy and plan for
social media (mainly FB)

· Track social data and share platform best
practices/opportunities

· Craft copies for social captions, spiels, customer
replies, FAQs, etc (copywriting)

· Manage content on app and website. Tasks include uploading campaign banners, creating landing pages, and
setting up promo vouchers

· Work with Data team to track content-related data on
app/website, eg. High traffic pages, heatmap, etc

· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely
creation and execution of content requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any relevant field

· At least 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing (client or ad
agency)

·
Able to adapt and pivot quickly with
changes in direction and meet deadlines

· Strong project management and executional abilities

· Preferably
with experience handling social media and copywriting
