• The Customer Relations Services (Security) Supervisor is responsible for assisting the CRS Manager in the over-all supervision of personnel assigned to his section.
• Leads CRS Representative in conducting searches/inspection within the designated area before and after the store hours in any given time if warranted.
• Attends to customers' problem/complaints related to security matters.
• Assist in ensuring compliance to establishes security procedures and makes recommendations as to its review and/or continued implementation.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate of any four-year course.

Experience Requirements:

• With at least 3 years' experience in security operations

• Has knowledge in safety and security policies and procedures, investigation, reporting, and customer handling.
