**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals
• *Requirements**:

- MIA with MACPA/ ACCA/ CIMA or any professional accounting qualification or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
