An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to work with the District Nursing Team covering the North area of Ceredigion.

The successful applicant will possess good communication skills and demonstrate a willingness to develop in the HCSW role. The applicant should be willing to work flexibly within the team, under the supervision of the qualified nurses.
