This is an opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to join an established, growing organisation in Chalgrove on a temporary PAYE basis to start as soon as possible. Both part and full time applicants will be considered for this role.

Description

The Payroll Assistant will:
• Be responsible for both weekly and monthly payroll (100 monthly, 250 weekly)
• Verify how many hours employees have worked
• Record payroll data in the company's software system
• Calculate overtime, salary increases and shift payments
• Process holiday, sick and maternity pay
• Issue P45s and other necessary tax forms
• Maintain compliant policies and procedures
• Deduct tax and national insurance payments

Profile

The Payroll Assistant Will Be/have
• Payroll experience (both weekly and monthly)
