Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of CRM software, and outstanding communication skills to ensure seamless coordination between our sales team and clients. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Input and update customer data, sales activities, and relevant documentation into the CRM system. Generate reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide training and support to sales staff on how to effectively utilise the CRM system.
