Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Ashby de la Zouch - £22k basic £27k package

My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the area and have built up an impressive reputation. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team in Ashby where you will be responsible for registering and managing applicants, managing the database, booking viewings, negotiating offers and selling other services including solicitors and financial services.

Requirements For The Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Role
• Experience in Estate Agency (6 months minimum)
• Well-developed written and verbal communication
• Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Results driven
• Proactive and helpful approach
• Flexible and adaptable nature
• Car and Full UK Licence - Car allowance paid and mileage

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday , every other Saturday 9 am - 2pm
