My client, a much respected dealer group is looking for an experienced ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGER join its management team at its ALDERSHOT dealership.

£40,000 OTE ON A HIGH BASIC

The successful candidate will have demonstrated a solid background managing a franchised automotive parts department. You will be tasked with maintaining standards of performance of the parts team through effective coaching and performance management, you will also be responsible for all recruitment matters within the parts department. In this role you will be asked to maximise commercial opportunities through developing and implementing campaigns within specific market sectors, you will be expected to evaluate customer needs and competitor activity in the parts market, ensuring that campaigns are relevant and targeted.
