The Sales Manager Junior is a key position in the Sales department to assist the Sales Manager in meeting the growth objetcives he/she is responsible for. His/her mission will be to to work closely with the Sales Manager both in the office and in the territory, to coordinate the sales force and to follow up on different commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Sales Manager in the definition of commercial actions adapted to the different international market´s needs, track its evolution and propose new levers to increase it´s effectivity.

- Support the Sales Manager in the management of Strategic Clients, coordinating all internal teams to ensure excellent service.

- Manage and support the needs of a commercial team of 30+ Sales agents

- Actively participate in the recruitment of new sales agents in the markets he/she manages.
