We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal team at Novo Holdings!

We offer you a unique opportunity to become a trusted legal advisor and participate in the M&A transactions across all Novo Holdings´ investment’s areas acting as the legal anchor on all the legal workstreams.

Novo Holdings is the holding company of the Novo Group and is a Danish private limited liability company wholly owned by the Novo Nordisk Foundation. In 2021, the Novo Nordisk Foundation had total assets under management of USD 75bn and the investment portfolio of USD 25 billion. The purpose of the investments of Novo Holdings is both to grow the assets of the Foundation and to deliver a return that the Foundation can distribute for scientific, social, planetary, and humanitarian purposes to improve the lives of people and the sustainability of society.
