GFL Environmental is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to help support our operations in Ayr, ON. The Service Advisor is responsible for providing administrative support for the operations of the maintenance shop. The Service Advisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and works collaboratively with the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing reliable support and assistance to maintenance department at all times.
• Responsible for managing driver repair requests by communicating with drivers, reviewing requests with appropriate personnel, scheduling repairs and filing relevant documentation.
• Creating and assigning repair orders (RO’s) for preventative maintenance, running repairs, third party work, equipment damage and breakdowns.
• Creating and assigning purchase orders (PO’s) for parts and service.
