One of our clients in Ajax, ON is looking for a Machinist (Licensed) for their facility.

Shift - Day and Afternoon

Roles And Responsibilities
• Precisely set up and operate a range of CNC and Conventional machinery (such as lathes, mills, millturns) along with fixtures and tooling, following blueprints, production documents, and technical specifications to ensure initial quality.
• Actively monitor and rectify process performance through the use of various measuring tools, instruments, and software to uphold the highest quality standards.
• Thoroughly complete all relevant process documentation, including product travelers, inspection plans/reports, critical dimension check sheets, etc.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to Health and Safety policies and maintaining a high level of 5S for cleanliness and safety.
• Possess a working understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, standard work, and 5S guidelines.
• Demonstrate basic computer knowledge.
