We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of housekeepers and make sure our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain a high level of efficiency in their work.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as needed

- Prepare the schedules for the team and conducting performance evaluation.

- Respond to guest requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets or exceeds established standards.
