Our client is a company specialized in wood.

Being part of an international finance team you are in charge of the day to day treatment of accounting transactions and preparation of reporting and tax-related activitie s for the Belgian entity.

Job Responsibilities :
• Accounting :
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance of the company's accounting records;
• Timely and accurate recording of transactions such as bank statements, salary accounting, journal entries, ;
• Supervise the A / P process, perform supplier payments;
• Prepare and record all month end transactions;
• Account reconciliations.
• VAT & Tax :
• Manage the BE VAT filings and intrastat reporting;
• Review the accounts for VAT and tax compliancy;
• Prepare the tax return;
• Assist in VAT and tax audits.
• Month end reporting :
• Process the month end reporting of the Belgian entity;
• Cooperate in the intercompany reconciliation.
