The Global Research Analytics Team is growing! It is with the goal of continuing to grow and develop that we are looking for a Data Scientist – Statistical Genetics to join our team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced statistical-genetics models across crops and breeding programs. Spearheading the creation of novel experimental designs to enhance the allocation of resources within GDM breeding programs. Crafting models to track the genetic gain and germplasm exchange among territories. Collaborating closely with the Data Engineering team to deploy the new models. Keeping an ongoing effort to enhance selection models.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in statistics, plant breeding, biology, quantitative genetics, computer science, biostatistics, or related field.
