Role Purpose

The role is responsible for administration & coordination of all cargo activities as assigned to ensure exceptional customer service and on time delivery to clients. Furthermore, the role requires supervising & guiding the team in relation with import, export, warehouse, claims, bonded and other cargo services as per the departmental standard operating procedures following QHSE norms & standards.
