Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Manpower Planning: Collaborate with the nursing team to assess staffing needs, create schedules, and ensure adequate coverage of nursing staff.
• Inventory Maintenance: Oversee the procurement, stocking, and distribution of nursing supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate inventory at all times.
• Professional and Social Functions: Coordinate and participate in professional and social events for staff and students, fostering a positive work environment.
• Training and Evaluation: Develop and conduct training programs for nursing staff, evaluate their performance, and provide feedback for their professional development.
• Credential & Privileging: Manage the credentialing process for all nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
