The job

As a Strategic Market Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing commercial and business strategies aimed at fostering growth and broadening our market footprint within the lubricants and industrial industry in Europe. The focus will be on supporting, comprehending, and interpreting the requirements of the EU market within the business team. You will report directly to the Business Manager Lubricants.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• Developing a sales strategy and monitoring progress of action plans;
• Providing the local sales teams with guidance regarding the implementation of the sales strategy, strategical decisions, or customer issues in their respective countries.
• Discussing with the sales team and R&D team how we can grow business with current clients;
