We have an exciting opportunity for a Duty Manager to join our Ground Operations Team in Bourgas Airport, on a full time, seasonal contract basis for Summer 2024!

Reporting into the Regional Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for the day to day management of all Jet2.com operations at the airport, ensuring our Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers consistently receive first class levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities will include -
• Leading our Jet2.com operational team at the airport, ensuring the delivery of a VIP customer experience
• Oversight of all Jet2.com Ground Operations activity at the airport, both landside and airside
• Ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures
