Job Description
• Cooperates with Sales staff to get information about customer's requirements.
• Make a development/improvement strategy to attain a research process.
• Develop new and improved products that meet client needs and align with market trends.
• Check product quality with BOM, Sales team leader, and Sales staff to ensure that finished items are ready to present to clients as samples.
• Supports Sales staff about techniques for customers.
• Find new materials to replace the current materials to reduce cost and improve quality or find new materials for new projects or machines.
• Submits necessary documents to Headquarters to register new materials.
• Reports result of the process for manager and team leader.
• Prepares documents, and cooperates with other departments to get Halal certificates.
• Files specification sheets received from Headquarters.
• Supports the Sales team to prepare and send samples to customers.
