JOB DISCRIPTION:

Transferring VOLUME, MARKET SHARE, PROFIT… according to the company‘s annual plan through increasing BRAND HEALTH of the brands of Brand incharge.

- Assist in collecting market information and analyzing data to identify strategic goals, brand and product positioning.

- Assist in managing and participating in the AOP marketing planning process based on market research and competitive analysis

- Implement and propose improvements to the Marketing plans of the assigned Brands: Coordinate with blocks, departments throughout the Company and external partners to implement the Marketing plans of the Brand

- Implement, monitor and report by assigned brand: On Marketing 4P (distribution, communication, price, product, positioning) 360 communication campaign, Marketing operating budget (including market research) for current and new products, to increase market share, brand health, output, with reasonable cost, ensure spending is within the approved DMEC/Net Sales ratio to...
