Preparing debit/credit notes, payment order forms, and any other invoices related to the factory
- Preparing journal vouchers and recording them in the system
- Provide complete and valid documents to the finance department to proceed with the payments
- Responsible for stock reconciliation (stock opname) regularly
- Checking invoices from factory and vendor and posting them into the accounting system
- Maintaining Accounting data
- Provide accurate and timely accounting reports
- At least 2 year’s experience in the same position
- Experienced in providing accounting reports dan general ledger
- Proficient in using SAP program, Microsoft Office and other tools to support work activities is an advantage
- Familiar with the accounting cycle
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
